ShalePro Heads West
After proving themselves in the Permian Basin, ShalePro has, yet again, taken their compressor operations services West. This time to Midland, TX and Carlsbad, NM.
ShalePro’s team of operators run mobile compressors units which process some of the natural gas being extracted to provide fuel gas to the well pad during the fracking process.
“This is something that we have been doing for our clients for more than 8 years,” said Jay Sears, Manager of ShalePro’s Compressor Operations.
“We proved ourselves working with these mobile units in the Appalachian region and are proud that our clients value our services enough to take our team with them for additional work across the country.”
The mobile units the ShalePro team is running provide more than 70% of the fuel needed for each location. ShalePro currently has a team of two working in shifts to keep the compressors operating at peak function.
“Our team is excited to be working with these units again in the region,” said Sears. “This was work that we had last been doing in 2019. As things continue to pick back up across the industry, we hope to continue moving from site to site with these units across the region.”
The jobs started in mid-March 2021 are expected to last throughout the majority of the year.
