ShalePro Legacy Subsidiary Celebrates 30 Years of Service

On December 1, 2024 Appalachian Production Services (or APS), one of ShalePro’s legacy subsidiaries celebrated its 30th anniversary in business. The business was founded in 1994 by Frank Henderson to provide production management services to the industry. Frank remains an active and integral part of our team at ShalePro.

Headquartered in Virginia, APS continued to grow over the years and quickly added operations to their portfolio. In 2002, APS was given the opportunity to begin operating assets as well, a service they excelled at and continued to grow across the region. When APS merged with ShalePro in late 2016, they were covering six states across the region and continue those services now with an even broader client base.

“We wouldn’t be where we are today as a company without the hard work and dedication from APS and our other legacy subsidiaries,” said ShalePro CEO Sean Brake. “We can’t thank Frank enough for his leadership and guidance over the years and his continued presence here at ShalePro.”
