Q1 2019 - President's Remarks

I hope everyone had a good Christmas and New year Holiday and welcome to 2019! We are off to a great start with heavy work volumes from many of our clients. Of particular note is that many of our new clients from 2018 have turned into significant contributors to our work. This is a reflection of the quality work we are doing for them. Of particular note are Range Resources, Mark West, Antero Resources, Blue Ridge Mtn, EQT, Tughill/XCL, BAE, and Diversified which at this time last year we were not working for and are now significant clients. Our longer term clients such as Antero Midstream, Seneca, Gulfport, SWN, XTO, NNE, USA Compression, CNX and Nacelle continue their work with us and in many cases we are seeing it expand as they grow their production. We are expanding geographically as well. We have been out in West Texas now for a few months supporting Nacelle with their mobile fuel gas compression/conditioning equipment.

Resources and infrastructure support continue to be critical factors in order for us to successfully grow. We are now up over 350 employees. In the coming months you will hear about some additional key investments we are making in terms of adding additional key resources and some new facilities and sytems. I’m happy to announce that on January 14th, Gary Crisp is joining us as our new director of Instrumentation and Electrical services reporting directly to me. Gary will work to build a new division within the company providing I&E services across our client base. He is a seasoned veteran in the industry and I’m excited to have him joining our team.

On the safety front, we have had two recordable incidents occur over the past three months which is not good. Luckily they both were not too serious although they could have been. We must stay focused on safety and remain aware of the dangers in our jobs.
