Safety Committee

ShalePro has recently started a companywide Safety Committee. We are assembling a variety of employees to discuss safety practices and ideas for improved safety performance throughout the company. The committee will have representation from both management and field level employees. The Safety Committee will meet at least monthly and work on improving issues related to compromised safety practices. We will welcome any suggestions, reports or concerns from employees regarding unsafe acts or injury prevention.

The Safety Committee will strive to promote activities that encourage employees to support the company’s safety program and culture. 

The safety team is interested in getting as many employees involved in the committee as possible over time. If you have a desire to be part of the committee, contact the safety representative in your area or your immediate supervisor.
