Q4 2019 - Safety Spotlight
As we move into the last quarter of the year and fall is upon us here at ShalePro, we are happy to announce that we have worked more than HALF A MILLION hours without a recordable injury! This is a great accomplishment and let’s keep going forward and hit that 1 million mark!
Our total recordable incident rate (TRIR) is currently at 0.95 and will be getting even lower as last year’s incidents will drop off in the coming months. Let’s keep up the good work and keep focusing on identifying the hazards of our job!

A few Safety reminders as we head into the changing seasons.
Our documentation and reporting of incidents is extremely important. Please communicate all incidents no matter how minor you may feel it is. Include details of the incident as soon as possible to your supervisor and safety represenitive in your area. The safety team is available 24/7 to assist you with questions or concerns. Remember our customers require us to notify them of any and all incidents on their locations.
As we approach the end of the year, we will all be required to update or renew our 2020 customer safety orientations. The safety team will be offering trainings as they become available.
We are approaching the time of year when driving becomes even more hazardous. As you know it is the #1 cause of death and injury in the oil & gas industry. Please take the time to check your work vehicle to make sure it is road ready!
Let’s all slow down and be aware of the time change and darkness as we travel to and from our work locations during this time of the year. Be mindful of fatigued and distracted driving and take responsibility for ourselves by also being road ready!
